Sea Star

Deep in the bull kelp jungles off Tasmania’s southerly tip, a rather delicate species dances her way through the ever moving currents. The sea star never knows where she will land next, no abode to call home, just many sandy sea beds to rest on whilst the ocean continues to ebb and flow. Many people believe her to be a constant sea bed dweller, unaware of the many adventures she has in the deep waters as the tide carry’s her to her next port. One thing is for certain, the colours she displays in the water are truly magical as they radiate her body, there is nothing sadder than a sea star that has washed into shore, no sign left of her magical colours and her magical life.
