How soon can I get my order?

When items are in stock we aim to send them out within 7–10 working days.  We will let you know if there will be a delay, offering either to keep the goods on backorder or refund you. Dispatched goods are sent out on a 48 hour delivery but please understand that sometimes there are delays - regrettably no delivery service is infallible, and estimated delivery dates are therefore not guaranteed.

What payment methods does ‘Mungermen Design & Print’ accept?

We accept all major credit cards: VISA, MasterCard and Debit cards. If paying by cheque please make them payable to Mungermen Tasmania Pty Ltd'. Please note: If paying by cheque, we require 7 working days for cheques to clear before we will dispatch your order.

When will I be charged for my order?

Payment is taken out of your account when the order is in stock and ready to be dispatched.
